Heritage Pines in Cary, is a charming, non gated, 298-home active adult community with single-family homes as well as one-story villas. There’s a clubhouse and pool as well as trail system around a small lake which gives it a small town feel however it is minutes to Cary Tennis Center, shopping, dining, medical facilities and freeways. Regency at Brier Creek Country Club in Raleigh offers a central location within 15 minutes of downtown Raleigh, Cary/Apex/Morrisville as well as Durham and Chapel Hill. These Toll Brothers built ranch homes are set in Brier Creek golf community near shopping, dining, hospitals and freeways. There is a 40,000 square foot clubhouse as well as pool and Arnold Palmer championship golf course (additional fees may apply to join) Fitness facilities and tennis courts.
Chapelwood at Downing Creek, offers all brick homes ranging in size from 1,773 to 2,710 square feet. A smaller community of 69 homes, they have green living features and about 30% of its land is kept ‘green/parklike’. Location is wonderful, its just off Highway 54, across from Meadowmont, only minutes to the University of North Carolina (UNC) campus and downtown Chapel Hill.
The Cedars in Chapel Hill There are Cottages, Veranda Homes (condo types) and Villas. Its for 60 plus age group and is part of the Meadowmont neighborhood.
Fearrington Village Chapel HIll, this community was started in the mid ’70’s and they continue to build more homes, ranch and two story homes,plus townhomes.Once completed there will be approximately 1400 homes here. The village offers shopping, dining, entertainment plus there are a lot of clubs you can get involved in. An easy drive to downtown Chapel HIll. You can also get to Southpointe Mall from here as well.
Regency at White Oak, a Toll Brothers community offers one level homes set in Apex with a quick commute to Cary. Near shopping, dining, freeways and entertainment as well as Jordan Lake.
